At ProCare Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location. You will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
